A welcome return to the spectacular Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor, Berkshire to photograph the wedding of Charlotte and Mike. They were both a little nervous before their ceremony (who isn’t?), but the nerves didn’t last long. The Hanover Room in Beaumont Estate’s White House is a lovely light room with plenty of space (even for the photographer) and made a fantastic setting for Charlotte and Mike’s ceremony.
Charlotte and Mike’s emphasis was very much on informal photography with only the briefest of bride and groom photo sessions, which made for a wonderful relaxed day, once the ceremony was finished. After drinks and canapes on the front lawn of the White House, everyone made their way in to the Beaumont’s magnificent Chapel for the wedding breakfast with live singing accompaniment.
Following the speeches there was another nice, relaxed session on the front lawn as the staff prepared the Chapel for the evening’s party, which started with the cutting of the cake, and Charlotte tossing her bouquet before the first dance.
