Portrait Photography in Reading

My aim as a family and social portrait photographer is to give you a truly memorable experience. Whether it is your first time for portrait photography in a studio setting, or you have been to other studios, my approach is always to allow you to feel welcome, so you can relax and enjoy the session. You can bring just yourself, or if you like, anything that will help illustrate your personality. Maybe something from work, play, hobbies or interests.

The Families and Children and Personal Portrait Galleries below show that my fully equipped studio in Woodley, between Reading and Wokingham, Berkshire, allows me to capture many different types of portrait.

I charge only £50 for a shoot lasting up to around an hour. This price includes the session itself, plus £50 worth of photo credits which can be put towards your choice of prints or frames.

As an example, my single image print prices start at only £10 for a 6x4 inch (15x10cm), so for just £50 you could get the portrait session itself, plus five 6x4 inch prints. If you choose prints or frames with a value totalling more than £50, then the £50 photo credits will be deducted from the balance due when you order.

Soon after your family or personal portrait session you will receive a CD presentation of around 20-30 digital images. In your own time you are then free to choose your favourite portraits and order your prints.

I also offer Montage options with multiple images from the shoot presented on larger-scale prints, which helps reduce the need for you to choose as you can have a selection of your favourite images on the same print. Prices for large montage prints start at £65, and a typical montage print will contain between 5-10 images.

I have been awarded Enhanced Clearance to work with children or vulnerable adults by the Government's Criminal Records Bureau (CRB), the agency which carries out checks on the suitability of teachers and carers.
